OLIVE OIL & VINEGAR PLANT
We produce specialty olive oils with a daily capacity of 20,000 bottles. Additionally, we are aging traditional balsamic vinegar in oak barrels with a production capacity of 20 tons/year. Our oil and vinegar plant is certified both with BRC and ISO.
HONEY & HONEYCOMB PACKING PLANT
Thanks to high altitude, clean air, and a great variety of endemic species of flora, our honey and honeycomb products are unique. Our modern packing plant continues its production within a 5000 sqm, producing high-quality products with ISO9001 and FSSC2200 certificates.
SALTS & SEASONINGS PRODUCTION PLANT
From Mediterranean Sea Salt to Colorful Peppercorns, our ultra-modern salt & spices production plant is producing numerous specialty items. Our plant has both ISO9001 and FSSC2200 certificates.
SUN-DRIED TOMATOES PRODUCTION & PACKING PLANT
Our dried tomatoes plant is producing Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Semi-Dried Tomatoes on an area of 32.000 sqm. The seedling greenhouse, production site, and cold storage are all equipped with state-of-the-art technology. We are operating with an A Grade BRC, Star K Kosher, and High-Level IFS Certificates.
